Privacy notice

How Roof Spa uses the information you give us when you book, visit or create an account.

What we keep

•Your name and mobile number, and the area you live in if you choose to tell us.
•Your email, only if you choose to give it.
•Your bookings and visits: treatments, times, what you paid and how, and any no-shows or cancellations.
•If you pay by Instapay: the screenshot of your transfer, so the spa can check it.
•If you have an account: your PIN, stored only in scrambled (hashed) form — nobody, including the spa, can read it.
•Bundle hours, points and referrals once those are part of your account.

•To book and confirm your visits, keep your time slot, and take payment.
•To recognise you at reception and keep your visit history, hours and points in one place.
•To send you your booking confirmation and, occasionally, a message from the spa (for example an account invitation). You can ask us to stop at any time.
•If you tick the box: weekly health & recovery tips and Roof Spa offers by email. Untick it in My account (or ask reception) and they stop.
•To understand, in total, where our clients come from — for example to choose a future branch. We never publish anyone’s details.

•Roof Spa’s reception and owner, through the spa’s private system. Your details are never public and never sold or shared.
•Felukaa Systems builds and runs the system for Roof Spa and handles the data only to provide that service.
•Payment screenshots are kept in private storage and shown to staff only through short-lived links.

•We use only the cookies the site needs: keeping you signed in, remembering your language (English / Arabic) and your light or dark choice. No advertising or tracking cookies.

•We keep your information while Roof Spa uses this system. You can ask to see it, correct it, or delete your account at any time — call or message the spa.
